The 2013 Forum theme was ‘Insights from Institutional Research: Exploring New Shores’ which aimed to discover the rich diversity of topics pervading Institutional Research (IR). The Forum attracted leading IR practitioners from across Australasia who outlined challenges and developments and helped shape discussions around themes of the program such as emerging technologies, institutional rankings and analysis of the student experience. The AAIR Forum is the key event in the IR calendar and is considered integral to the professional development and networking of institutional research staff.
