Government Reporting

Institutions are required to report to the Federal Department of Education (DET) across a number of areas, these include reporting on students, staffing, research and finance.

The Government Reporting Special Interest Group allows persons responsible for any of these areas to receive updates directly from DET staff in relation to:

  • future reporting requirements
  • discussing current reporting requirements and raising any questions they may have
  • sharing ideas
  • facilitating an improved reporting process
  • giving feedback to DET
  • networking with colleagues at other organisations undertaking similar roles.
