Your details are released to Leishman Associates, the AAIR Forum organiser for the purpose of communicating with you about AAIR forums. Leishman Associates also collects information on behalf of AAIR and passes that information to AAIR.

Backups of AAIR files, including membership information, are stored in Google Drive. Website analytics reports are created on a monthly basis using Google Analytics.
AAIR uses email distribution lists. These lists are stored with MailChimp. AAIR will ensure that your email address is restricted to AAIR communications. MaiChimp has released several communications regarding its service and the GDPR as follows:

*Selecting this option means that you (your Flickr screen name, real name, or email address) won’t be found by people searches or the “find your friends” feature. It also hides your buddy icon from appearing on any contact lists. If you find a photo of yourself on AAIR’s Flickr page that you DO NOT wish to be there, please email us at info@aair.org.au requesting that it be removed. Please include the details of the exact photo(s).
