About your Privacy
AAIR will always respect and protect your privacy.
Your details are released to Leishman Associates, the AAIR Forum organiser for the purpose of communicating with you about AAIR forums. Leishman Associates also collects information on behalf of AAIR and passes that information to AAIR.
AAIR uses email distribution lists. These lists are stored with MailChimp. AAIR will ensure that your email address is restricted to AAIR communications. MaiChimp has released several communications regarding its service and the GDPR as follows:
AAIR posts photos—which may contain images of you—on its Flickr page. In security permissions, AAIR has chosen the following options for photos:
AAIR has also opted to hide its profile as follows:
*Selecting this option means that you (your Flickr screen name, real name, or email address) won’t be found by people searches or the “find your friends” feature. It also hides your buddy icon from appearing on any contact lists. If you find a photo of yourself on AAIR’s Flickr page that you DO NOT wish to be there, please email us at email@example.com requesting that it be removed. Please include the details of the exact photo(s).
Contact the AAIR Secretariat to discuss any concerns that you may have over the privacy of the information that AAIR holds about you.
