Dear Load Management and Planning SIG delegates
I am Alex Sieniarski (The University of Notre Dame Australia), chair of the Load Management and Planning SIG.
Alex has been involved in higher education for over 12 years, and has experience in many different areas including recruitment, admissions, business intelligence, reporting and insights development at different levels, government relations and funding agreements, student reporting and TCSI implementation, strategic planning, student load and revenue forecasting, and performance evaluation. My wide body of knowledge has allowed me to understand the landscape for student load planning and management, and I hope to share this knowledge and exchange ideas with AAIR members.
I am certain that load management and planning will continue to be of great importance to our institutions, and that as legislative reforms and constant changes continue, the challenges and complexities in this space will increase.
If you would like to contribute to this SIG, please get in touch with me (contact details below).
I look forward to sharing and exchanging ideas and hope to see you in one of our online AAIR SIG sessions, or at the AAIR Forum during the year.
