1. What is your job title?
I am the Survey Manager at Bond University.
2. Briefly, how would you describe your role in terms of your place in your institution?
I am the ‘surveys team’ at Bond. I am responsible for coordinating and reporting on internal and external surveys, as well as being responsible for the approval of ad-hoc and research surveys. I have recently created BI reporting dashboards for the QILT surveys, which provide key staff with relevant and timely data to assist in decision-making processes.
3. From your perspective, what are the emerging areas of interest in institutional research?
Being able to integrate data from a range of student surveys to create a holistic picture of the student experience across the student lifecycle.
4. What do you believe will be the future priorities for institutional research?
In relation to my role at Bond: to make the best use of the data from internal and external surveys to empower decision making and achieve continuous improvement of the overall student experience.
