Welcome to the April 2020 edition of The Institutional Researcher.
Dear All
In our Institutional Researcher’s Corner this month, I am introducing Pam Rayner, Survey Manager at Bond University. Pam has also kindly offered to step into the role of Honorary Secretary for AAIR. I’d like to take this opportunity to personally welcome Pam to our Committee. Thank you for stepping in.
During this unprecedented time, I finished collecting and editing most of the contents for April’s issue from my home office. Working remotely from our homes has become the ‘new normal’ for most of us, and will likely continue for the foreseeable future. You may wish to read New Zealand’s Tertiary Education Union’s top 6 guidelines for working remotely during the COVID-19 crisis (located on the last page of this newsletter).
Let us all maintain physical, mental, and spiritual health, and demonstrate patience and resilience to navigate these unknown and uncertain times together.
Keep well and be kind
Lizzie Li
