Dear AAIR Members
As spring settles in, I find myself looking ahead with great anticipation to the upcoming AAIR Forum 2025, set against the stunning backdrop of the Gold Coast. This will be my first time attending the Forum, and I’m excited to connect in person with so many talented and passionate professionals from across the sector.
The AAIR community has always impressed me with its depth of insight and collaborative spirit, and I’m looking forward to engaging in the conversations, presentations, and shared learning that make this event so special. Whether it’s diving into data, discussing strategy, or simply catching rays at the beach, I know the Forum will be the highlight of the year.
As we enter the final stretch of 2025, I want to gently remind everyone to take care of themselves. It’s been a long year, and I know many of us are feeling tired and stretched thin like butter scraped over too much bread. But if there’s one standard we must never let slip, it’s the way we care for ourselves and each other. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is relax. Let’s make space to rest, reconnect, and reflect.
The AAIR Forum offers not just professional enrichment, but also a chance to recharge—perhaps with a quiet moment by the beach or a walk in the sun. I look forward to seeing many of you there.
Warm regards
