That’s all from me for now. I hope to see many of you on the Gold Coast, and online in the meantime. Until next time—stay curious, stay connected, and keep sharing your stories.
Warm regards

I’m absolutely thrilled to share some exciting news—the AAIR Annual Forum is heading to the Gold Coast!
It’s been quite some time since we last gathered there, and I can’t wait to reconnect with many of you in such a vibrant and sunny location. The Gold Coast offers the perfect backdrop for reflection, learning, and community building, and I’m looking forward to seeing both familiar and new faces at this year’s event.
Thank you to all those who have nominated to present at the Forum this year. It’s a fantastic way to let the community know who you are and what kind of interesting challenges you are working on. We all benefit from hearing a wide rage of perspectives, from hearing the good, the bad and the ugly, and your insights could be just what someone else needs to hear. For those who are looking for ideas around how to structure your presentation but may have missed our ‘Presenting at the 2025 AAIR Forum’ information session, you may be interested to know that forum attendees last year provided insightful feedback indicating an appreciation for interactive sessions. Feel free to reach out to us at AAIR if you need some support. We want your presentation to be a success!
The Forum is a highlight of the year for many of us, and we hope it will be for you too. But we also know that not everyone can attend in person. That’s why we’ve been working hard to keep the conversation going year-round through a variety of online sessions and community events. These virtual gatherings are a great way to stay connected, share knowledge, and build relationships across the sector—no matter where you’re located. I encourage you to join as many as you can; you never know what valuable connections or ideas might come from a casual online chat.
Speaking of which, our recent “Connecting our Community” online session was a great success! It was a wonderful opportunity to get to know some of our members better and to hear about the topics that matter most to you. Thank you to everyone who attended, shared your stories, and asked such thoughtful questions. Your curiosity and openness are what make this community so special.
That’s all from me for now. I hope to see many of you on the Gold Coast, and online in the meantime. Until next time—stay curious, stay connected, and keep sharing your stories.
Warm regards
